Cold sensitive, grow on at 55-60F. Allow 8-12 weeks from sowing until sales. Very sensitive to methyl bromide-treated soil. Responsive to B-Nine at 2-3 weeks after transplanting. Keep on dry side. Usually grown as an annual, although a perennial in parts of the South.
