Hoop Shelter Features:

Bottom Truss Connection
The ratchet is mounted on the base plate of the truss. The plate
is anchor-bolted into the concrete to secure the cover and makes for
a snug fit around the base of the building.

Tough Fabric Cover
Sioux Hoop Shelters are covered with a tightly woven 10 ounce polyethylene
fabric that's resistant to tears, UV radiation and leakage. For
double strength, all covers are sewn or welded into one continuous layer
to stand tough against the elements. Conestoga ends are a standard
feature on Sioux Hoop Shelters.

Rust Resistant Steel Tubing
Allied Gatorshield® tubing provides the framework for all Sioux Hoop
shelters. At 2 ˝" in diameter, 14 ga. And 50,000 psi, it's strong
and durable. The Gatorshield® coating offers unmatched protection
against rust and corrosion.
4.
Cross Purlins
Positioned at each coupler plate, cross purlins aid in truss alignment
and integrity.
5.
Coupler Plate
Heavy steel coupler plates are bolted to connect each section to the
next.

Styles
Pony
Wall Style:
Available
in 24', 30' and 36' single arch and 42' truss arch widths in a variety
of lengths. Post spacing is 6' on center for 24' and 30' or 5'
on center for 36' single arch models. The truss spacing is 10'
on center. This model is ideal for livestock barns, grain storage,
etc. The walls are commonly 4' high but can be up to 8' high.
Pillar
Mount Style:
Available in 26' and 32' widths single arch mounted on 12" diameter
concrete pillars at a minimum of 4'-6' in the ground depending upon
soil conditions. This model is ideal for machinery storage, vehicles,
cold storage warehouses, etc.
Free
Standing Plate Mount:
Available in 26', 32' and 39' width single arch, anchored with 37"
long 11/16 shaft with 4" Helix ground anchors. The plate sections
allow this unit to be easily moved from site to site. This model
is ideal for machinery storage, temporary job site construction facilities,
etc.
Truss
Arch:
Available in 42' pony wall or 42' truss arch with 8' high truss
arch sidewalls. The unit can be mounted on pony walls using 8
X 8 posts. The 8' high truss wall model is mounted on 18" diameter
concrete pillars a minimum of 6' in the ground. This model lends
itself to larger door widths and heights for construction machinery,
combines, etc.
